●JP-1300A该机具有(yǒu)工作稳定、压合力大、热胶合时间短且自控设定温度，前芯板自动定位在加热板中间，等待后芯板对接，可(kě)任意选择拼接宽度。该机采用(yòng)可(kě)编程控制器与人机界面触摸屏，旋转编码器、光電(diàn)开关、接近开关等输入元件，通过编制程序，可(kě)实现设定所需的芯板長(cháng)度拼接到达后自动剪切、自动输送、输送后尾板自动定位在加热板中间，自动化程度高，可(kě)实现一键操作。

该机还具有(yǒu)将剪切后的芯板自动送入収板装置上，节省人工。

●该机与SD-40C型斜磨机配套使用(yòng)，能(néng)充分(fēn)满足广大用(yòng)户将芯板斜磨、自动对接、热压拼接、任意定長(cháng)剪切组合成流水線(xiàn)的迫切需求。热压胶合板时间仅為(wèi)同类热压拼接机三分(fēn)之一，并节省人工、成倍地提高生产率。该机是我公司开发研制的生产较高强度、较高质量胶合板的优良新(xīn)型设备，是胶合板生产商(shāng)的选择。
